What we collect

When you agree to receive text messages from TMS Software Testing, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• The content of text messages we send you and any reply you send
• Your opt-in or opt-out choice, the exact wording shown when you opted in, and the date and time of that choice
• Delivery status from the phone carrier (sent, delivered, or failed)

On this testing line, the only mobile numbers collected are numbers owned by TMS Software Testing that have been opted in for development testing.

How we use it

We use this information to send the text messages you agreed to receive, to confirm those messages were delivered, to honor a STOP or HELP reply, and to keep a record that consent was captured before a message was sent. We use a phone-messaging provider to deliver the texts. That provider processes the phone number and message content only to carry the message.

SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate the text-message program described in our Terms & Conditions.

How long we keep it

We keep the phone number, consent record, and message history for as long as the testing line is active and for a short period afterward so we can show that a message was sent only after consent. You can ask us to delete that record by emailing toddmschneider@gmail.com.
